Relocating to another state

One of the most stressful situations a family can encounter is when they have to relocate to another state. They find themselves in a situation that leaves the family open to uncertainty. They don't know where they are going to live. The children are frightened, and wonder what is in store for them.

The transferee has two choices at this point....

They can just call up some real estate company in the destination city and hope they get an agent who is Full-Time, has been in the business for a while, and has experience in working with relocation buyers. The chances of this happening are extremely thin, since when the transferee calls the real estate office they get whatever Tom, Dick & Harry that is currently answering the phones. At this point the transferee is in real trouble. What if they got an agent that sounded great on the phone, but when they get together, the agent drops the ball. Where is the family going to live now?

The other way is to have a Realtor where they currently live refer them to a "RELOCATION PROFESSIONAL" in their destination city. This is the BEST way. At least they will know they are getting an agent that will be Full-time, Has been in the business for awhile, and does have experience working with Relo buyers.

Don't sell yourself or your family short. If you are relocating to another area, call me today and I will refer you to a "RELOCATION PROFESSIONAL". And the BEST part, The cost for me to refer you is "FREE". I will not charge you. So what do you have to lose... Nothing if you call me, but if you don't....

If you are concerned about your relocation and want to make it less stressful for your family, call me today! I will make sure you get a "RELOCATION PROFESSIONAL"

I have referred hundreds of people.
