Below is a picture of myself at the Annual Coldwell
Banker Business Convention in San Antonio Texas February
1993. I won the "Outgoing Referral Award" for being the
#1 Referral Agent in the Entire United States out of
50,000 Coldwell Banker Agents for having the most
outgoing referrals by an agent during 1992. I had 157
personal out going referrals.
I am pictured with CEO Chandler Barton and some other
top execs, but I can't remember their names off hand.
